New opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer making outbound calls to clients who need to sign up for a compulsory online portal. Temp until the end of August 2026 at this stage.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working through a list of current clients, making outbound calls to those required by law to transition to a new online portal. The focus of the call is to ensure that they understand how to use the portal and answer any questions.
- Updating the database to reflect who and who isn’t compliant.
- Updating client files.
- Outbound calls to a selected industry group to introduce the business and pass them over to a specialist within the team.
