Position Overview
Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of mall-wide promotional campaigns, including managing gift and voucher redemptions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Act as a liaison between shoppers and tenants to resolve issues and facilitate communication. Distribute mall communications to tenants as required.
Conduct regular checks of mall common areas to ensure facilities and amenities meet our high standards. Report any maintenance or security issues promptly. Prepare daily reports on customer feedback and operational matters.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence related to customer service operations.Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. A Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Mass Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
