Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming carpark's intercom and general hotline pertaining to customer's inquiry
- Identify and elevate any carpark issue.
- Provide information to customers for any carpark enquiries like pricing, availability etc.
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem.
- Monitor carpark entrance / exit condition via CCTV cameras.
- Ad‑hoc duties assigned by superior and managers.
Requirements: - Must be able to perform 12‑hour shift duties.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to multi‑task and work in an intense environment.
