Tilefy is looking to hire a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Office Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day inside operations of our business.
This is an in-office, Monday through Friday position, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer chats
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Process BOLs for shipments
- Process UPS shipments and sample requests
- Maintain internal sample library stock levels
- Monitor and maintain Material Bank stock levels
- Assist with job complaints and help coordinate resolutions
