Customer Service Leader

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Leader (CSL) at Chick-fil-A, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing financial procedures, overseeing catering operations, and leading guest service initiatives in the dining room. You’ll work alongside team members to uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Schedule and Availability

CSL Shifts are 5:45am to 11:30am, 11:30am to 5:15pm, and 5:15pm to 11:00pm Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management

  • Count and balance cash drawers with accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform safe counts and daily cash handling checklists.
  • Maintain compliance with all cash control policies.
