Position Overview
Job Description
Coordinate with COO/Sales Manager the PO, WO, quotations and related documentations received from field sales.Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing, send and updates customer on the order detail and scheduling.Liase with Production to ensure production of ordered units are progressing in a timely manner.Maintain rapport with customers by examining complains; identifying solutions; and suggesting improved methods and techniques.Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to Accounting upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning.Manage and organize sales documents.Meeting ISO Objective and operate to comply with ISO , ISO and ISO requirements.Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquire about products and services.Handle resolve customer’s complaints....
