As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate, you are responsible for day‑to‑day management of customer orders and RMAs. Facilitate sales related activities working closely with sales management, sales rep firms, customers, and internal departments, as needed, to ensure accurate input, scheduling, and timely shipment of new product and repairs. Develop close relationships with Tier1 customers to provide superior customer service by understanding their unique needs and finding creative solutions—including the development of new processes, spreadsheets, or interdepartmental communication.
