Customer Service Specialist – Student Loans campaign.
In this role, you will receive inbound calls to support students and their families with loan applications, payments, eligibility, funding and related queries. This role supports students’ academic future by helping them secure financing.
Location: Tyne River House, The Watermark, Gateshead NE11 9SZ. Onsite only.
Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026.
Contract: Permanent. Hours: 40 per week, scheduled between 8am and 7pm Monday‑Friday; no weekend work. Full‑time only, no part‑time hours.
Salary: £12.71 per hour.
