Customer Service Executive Salary: $2600 - $2900
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Job Responsibilities - Assist in the customer service department
- Handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight
- Liaise with air and sea carriers & customers
- Handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing
Requirements - Relevant working experience
- Proficient Microsoft office etc
