We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role requires to support daily customer service operations by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, there by maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming purchase orders and delivery queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Proactively monitor customer accounts watching for zero orders or sudden spikes.
Process orders, plan and arrange for delivery.
Update and monitor reseller's sales vs target sales incentive for Sales team follow-up action.
Upload data for inquiry order on a daily basis to ensure that the report is up-to-date.
Initiate the creation of an updated customer price list.
Forwarding complaint report to the appropriate teams for immediate review...
