As a Customer Service Executive , you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and monitoring service and warranty activities to ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery to Kalmar’s dealers and customers. This includes warranty administration for claim processing, reporting, invoice management, logistics, issue resolution, managing service orders, supporting Product Technical Support Engineers and field teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from request to resolution.
