5 days, office hours

West Region - 5 min walk from MRT

UP $3,400 + Performance bonus!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve cases end-to-end, including analysis, investigation, coordination, and follow-up
  • Liaise with appellants, stakeholders, and agencies to gather information, provide guidance, and ensure smooth case processing
  • Prepare reports, submissions, and recommendations while supporting audits and ensuring compliance
  • Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and handle administrative tasks and enquiries efficiently

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma with at least 1 year customer service experience.
