Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve cases end-to-end, including analysis, investigation, coordination, and follow-up
- Liaise with appellants, stakeholders, and agencies to gather information, provide guidance, and ensure smooth case processing
- Prepare reports, submissions, and recommendations while supporting audits and ensuring compliance
- Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and handle administrative tasks and enquiries efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma with at least 1 year customer service experience.
