• Contract: 2 years (renewable based on performance & headcount needs)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Location: Depot Road
• Pay: Up to $3000 + PB (Performance Bonus)

• Handle customers’ queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
• Handle queries from walk-in customers
• Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
• Engage customer in change management campaigns
• Suggest improvements arising from feedback or interaction with customers
• Submit daily report in a timely manner

• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
• Meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
