Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with overseas agents on shipment consolidation (Air & Ocean).
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Follow up and resolve customer queries effectively.
Identify customer needs, evaluate issues, and provide appropriate solutions.Key Requirements:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin (required for communication with China-based clients).
Competent in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication, presentation skills, and team-oriented mindset.
