Position Overview

  • Responsible to communicate with existing customers through telephone or chat tools, and provide after-sales related information consultation. (B2B)
  • Assist customers solve their demands and enquiries related to business processes.
  • Responsible to handle customer complaints and customer feedbacks, promptly convey customer complaints to relevant personnel and carry out follow-up order processing results (customer complaint handling form).
  • Assist customers to complete orders, material inquiry and return service processing.
  • Responsible for customer's consultation on products, orders, logistics, etc.
  • Accurately record customer questions and complaints, provide the first respond immediately, and maintain good communication and contact with various departments to increase customers' good impression of the company.
