Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate and consolidate daily crating schedules across all channels
. Manage customer delivery requests and respond promptly to inquiries
. Create Sales Orders and Delivery Orders based on incoming Purchase Orders
. Prepare and maintain monthly delivery consolidation reports for customers
. Liaise with Operations on pull-ins, urgent orders, customized crates, and readiness status
. Arrange site measurements for new or first-time crate requirements
. Support RFQs and rework requests with Engineering, including quotation preparation
Job Requirements
1. Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related role.
3. Familiarity with ERP or order management systems preferred.
