My client, a leading global producer of specialty chemicals and polymer additives, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

The Role

To provide support to Customers, External Sales Teams, OMMs, Commercial Team, and Operations Team as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Co‑coordinate administration activities related to the smooth running of the Customer Service base.
• Proactively manage customer interactions covering order progression, customer intimacy, and finding innovative cost‑effective solutions.
• Act on behalf of the AMs to liaise with various departments (Accounts, Technical, Logistics, etc.) to build relationships and anticipate problem areas.
• Promote the concept of customer intimacy with selected accounts.
