Position Overview
Responsibilities - Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information on company products and services.
- Handle customer orders, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process and maintain customer records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer-related records.
- Assist in general administrative and clerical duties.
