Position Overview
Basic information: - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Alt Saturdays 9am to 1pm - Basic UP $3200

Job Scope: - Manage daily operational and administrative duties efficiently
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide customer service support
- Coordinate bookings, shipments, and operational arrangements with customers
- Prepare and process documentation for drivers and logistics operationsCreate and update job entries and booking records accurately
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Provide administrative support and assist the direct superior as required
Additional Information: - Min 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics/supply chain industry
- Min Diploma
