Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm)

We're growing our German market, Kapsel, and we need someone who can help us take it forward. German language skills are essential for this role and native fluency is preferred.

This is a full-time, hybrid position for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to customers and takes pride in getting things right for them. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and customers, handling calls, emails and social channel enquiries through our ticketing system. No two days are quite the same, and that's part of the appeal.
