Position Overview
Job Description
Greet all customers promptly and provide timely professional service on Vehicle services, Tire services , Tinting & PPF jobs. Explain customers on the benefits of products to generate additional revenue through products upgrade. Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials such as seat covers and floor mats while receiving the vehicles. Provide clear cost estimations and delivery time information to customers; monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of additional jobs, changes in the costing and work completion. Ensure all customers data in the job cards are accurate based on the customers'' request and upload the necessary information in the system on time.
