Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Axians India
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with key customers across industrial sectors. The role focuses on account growth, customer engagement, and delivering value-driven digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (Plant, IT/OT, Procurement, etc.)
Drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Identify customer needs and propose digital transformation solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Handle customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and improve retention
Maintain account plans, pipeline, and regular updates to management
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech with 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Automation / Networking / Technical Sales / Account Management
