• Attend to residents' feedback and complaints.
• Liaise with sub‑contractors to ensure that works are carried out smoothly.
• Handle enquiries from residents and assist in resolving issues that may arise.
• Liaise with project teams and residents on site matters.
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad‑hoc tasks if required.

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry; experience handling HDB BTO jobs is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
• Alternate full Saturday shifts.
