Job Responsibilities工作职责：
Quality Function：质量板块Define UAP quality performance indicators with UAP manager and Quality manager and improve it with action plan;同UAP经理及质量经理定义生产质量绩效并且形成改善计划并跟踪完成;
Train and coach 8QB application for operators and GLs and QC Tools;培训和指导所辖区域操作工、班长8QB工具的使用;
Production 8QB documents audit/release and improvement;8QB现场文件的审核/确认和改善 ;
Ensue 8QB be implemented efficiently; 确保8QB在生产上被有效开展 ;
Final inspection management;终检管理:文件的建立,终检员培训和资格认可，与生产主管一同参与质量部产品审核及改善行动 ;
