Opportunity Overview

+ 参与客户生产线软硬件问题的排查与分析，学习故障定位、信息收集及根因分析的方法，协助制定和实施优化方案，支持产线稳定运行；

+ 协助进行系统安装、预防性维护（PM）、校准、改造（Retrofit）、培训及现场故障排除（Troubleshooting）等工作，逐步熟悉测试系统、工具及现场支持流程；

+ 在培训和指导下，参与测试程序 Release to Production（RTP） 导入，运用电子/电气工程基础知识协助解决测试仪器及系统相关技术问题；

+ 与跨职能团队协作，参与客户技术支持与沟通协调，了解规范化的问题升级、跟踪与闭环流程；

+ 在实习过程中接受系统的技术培训与实践指导，记录并整理技术问题、工单和服务文档，促进知识沉淀与个人能力提升。
