Position Overview
Job Description
- Create and process both individual orders and complex scheduling agreements for our radial piston motors.
- Review customer orders, ensuring they align with agreed parameters.
- Confirm delivery dates and level demand across weeks, balancing internal and external capacity constraints to achieve efficiency.
- Be the proactive voice for our customers! Track open orders and backlog, proactively communicating any delays or problems, and finding creative solutions to not just meet, but exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our internal departments, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and everyone knows the customer needs.
- Coordinate preponements and postponements in close collaboration with relevant departments.
- Liaise with our dispatch team to arrange special transports or even airfreight when time is of the essence.
