**Job title:**
Customer Order Specialist
**Your role:**
+ Managing end-to-end sales orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
+ Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
+ Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
+ Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You have at least 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport.
+ You can take ownership and have strong communication skills.
+ You have very good language and English language (B2 or higher level).
+ You are excellent problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
