Job Description Manage Service Contracts primarily for the Thailand market, with secondary support for other Southeast Asia countries. Validate sales quotations and ensure accurate and timely activation of Service Contracts in the CRM system. Conduct required checks prior to contract activation to ensure compliance with Agilent's policies, processes, and legal requirements. Ensure timely and accurate archival of complete order packages in the CRM system. Set up billing accurately and promptly to enable timely invoicing in accordance with contract terms. Validate Service Orders in the CRM system to support accurate and timely billing. Proactively follow up with the Customer Service Organization to obtain required documentation prior to billing Service Orders.
