  • Lead and end-to-end responsibility for definition, documentation, and negotiation of requirements with stakeholders (product, UX, CI, solution architects).
  • Provide broad knowledge on how to design customer journeys, defining requirements and managing dependencies.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand user needs, simplify requirements and translate them into a feasible proposal from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Align the requirements of the different stakeholders.

Requisitos

  • 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector.
