Contract: 8‑hour/day, weekdays and weekends required. You'll report to the Shop Manager and sit within the Retail team.
Responsibilities
- Meet the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
- Maintain an understanding of shop KPIs and work to continuously improve them.
- Promote multichannel shopping by using the mobile POS (mPOS) to show customers cross‑channel product availability and create endless‑aisle orders.
- Engage customers with the brand: sign them up to email newsletters, tag their purchases to their profiles, and send e‑receipts in line with data protection regulations.
- Use knowledge of promotions or discounts to inform customers and increase sales.
- Assist in events including Customer Event and preview evenings.
