Pay and Working Hours

Starting pay of 14.18 per hour, increasing to 15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week. You may choose to work fewer hours – a minimum of 12 – if desired.

We schedule contracted hours within these windows and provide 3‑weeks notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility when your available times closely match advertised windows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the van and trays used are clean and kept tidy/organised.
• Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, picking up litter as needed.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required, checking the van for roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about any changes to their order, including short‑code items...
