Overview

At SSEN we have created a team of Customer and Community advisors to improve and tailor the way we communicate with our customers within the communities we serve. This is an exciting role where you'll face plenty of challenges, including the weather!

Responsibilities

• You're the local customer and community contact for customer‑related issues and lead building your network of local influencers and contacts, liaising with community organisations such as Parish Councils, Resilience Organisations and Residential Associations.
