Job Description

Customer Care Specialist should be able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times and ensure seamless customer experience. Delivering comprehensive customer support to clients, handling all inquiries, concerns, and service needs from the beginning to the end of the customer journey.
