Position Overview
- Answering incoming calls from customers, assisting with their questions, concern,& complaints.
- Resolving customers basic/complex issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service all throughout
- At least 2 yrs experience in the BPO setting
- Has experience in handling US health/auto/life insurance ( preferred but not required )
- Excellent in English language, written and communications skills.
- Willing to work On-site
- Amendable to shifting schedules.
