Position Overview
Account Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers via F2F interaction.Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to provide appropriate solutions.Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Retention
