Roles and Responsibilities

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience .

- Languages - Must know English & Hindi .

- Must have good knowledge In Excel & Advanced Excel.

- Must have experience using CRM Tools.

- Process: Voice process( 80% Voice, 20% Chat).
