Customer Care Assistant – UAEN

Job Description: To assist and direct the patients to reach their destination/department without any hassle.

Responsibilities

• Give information to patients.
• Direct and escort patients to their intended destination.
• Help patients by informing where the machine to obtain token is situated and whom to approach for the same in the respective department.
• Perform any work/job as and when assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Grade 10 or equivalent.
• Can be trained.
• Active and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
