We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused UAE National to join our Customer Service team.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Manage service requests, callouts, and customer inquiries.
Support customers during emergency and safety-related situations with empathy and confidence.
Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
Follow up on open cases and maintain accurate records.
Support customer satisfaction surveys and service improvement initiatives.
