Position Overview
Position Title: Custodian
Location: Weslaco, TX
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
- Maintains the cleanliness of the facility to meet client satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to perform major janitorial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming (using a 25 lb. vacuum daily for 3-4 hours), wet mopping, sweeping, dusting, and emptying out the trash) lifting wastepaper and debris-minimum of 55 lbs.)
- Cleans and disinfects drinking fountains, and restrooms, including floors and all fixtures (i.e.: Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Mirrors, Partitions, and Counters).
- Fills dispensers and stocking supplies in restrooms.
- Wash Windows and Sill (Door Glass).
- Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as necessary to meet events and facility schedules.
