Position Overview
You will assist customers with project & services-related inquiries, troubleshooting, order management
(order booking, billing amendments and cancellations) and resolving issues across multiple
communication channels and support ongoing contracts. By building strong relationships and providing
professional and helpful resolutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty
and business project continuity.
Project Coordination Skills
You will support the coordination and execution of service deliverables and project timelines. From
supporting Project Management team with scheduled order booking activities and timely invoicing, you
will ensure all aspects of customer needs are aligned with agreed deliverables and timelines, ensuring
their expectations are met effectively.
