Culinary Specialist
Position Summary:
Provide residents with nutritious, well-prepared meals served with compassion, professionalism, and attention to individual dietary needs while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, portion, and serve meals, snacks, desserts, beverages, and supplements according to menu and therapeutic diet requirements
- Assist residents during meal service with professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation of dietary changes, meal intake, and resident requests
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment following sanitation and safety standards
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils in compliance with state and federal regulations
