Position Overview

Become a key player within the culinary team at the Wickaninnish Inn, a distinguished Relais & Châteaux property. We’re seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to enhance our fine dining experience on Vancouver Island.
In your role as Sous Chef, you will guide a dedicated kitchen team at the Wickaninnish Inn, ensuring that all culinary offerings meet luxury standards. Collaborate with the Chef to drive daily operations, uphold safety protocols, and inspire staff training. Your contributions will directly impact guests' satisfaction and the restaurant's reputation.
