Summary of Position:

The Casa Loma Beach Hotel Culinary Curator will be responsible for assembling and designing visually appealing and flavorful charcuterie and grazing boards featuring a curated selection of cheeses, meats, fruits, and other accompanying items. This position will also be responsible for maintaining clean and well-organized food preparation and storage spaces as well as supporting the property as it relates to food & beverage programming including events preparation, set up and breakdown.
