Responsible for handling policy-related inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; or completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience.
• Solid background in insurance brokerage is required.
