• Engineering Management – Understand and manage project development procedures, ensuring strict adherence to design principles and construction best practices. Maintain control over construction practices to ensure compliance with quality standards, local regulations, and contractual obligations. Monitor project timelines, quality, and costs to meet contractual requirements and milestones. Achieve project quality management objectives, ensuring that the construction schedules and quality assurance systems are effectively implemented and followed.
• Construction Management – Conduct pre‑construction surveys, including assessing water, electricity, internet connections, and land leveling conditions.
