Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide standing supervision for all major structural works
• Responsible for implementing and sustaining site supervisor quality and safety assurance system
• Leads and supervises Resident Technical Officer to ensure all works comply fully with regulatory and client requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Perform all duties of Resident Engineer under Building Control Act.

Job Competency (Qualification, experience & knowledge)

• Registered Resident Engineer with IES/ACES
• At least a minimum of 5 years experience for RE with supervision experience in commercial projects
