- Supervision or independent: All CRNA Practice
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Spinals, Blocks and Epidurals Required; Case logs required showing proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks; Following the NM state mandate everyone is to be vaccinated or follow the exemption requirements; DEA and CSR required
