Manila Office | Full-time | CRM Training, Broker Enablement & System Adoption

Finsure Finance & Insurance is looking for a confident, engaging and technology-savvy CRM Training Specialist to join our Manila team.

This is a hands-on training role focuses on helping Finsure brokers and internal teams confidently use our proprietary aggregator CRM platform, Infynity / Metanoia. You will design and deliver practical, easy-to-follow CRM training, create user-friendly support resources and help brokers and staff build confidence in using Finsure’s systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be friendly, patient and engaging, with excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain system functionality, process steps and technical information in a clear and practical way. You will also need to be comfortable working quickly, accurately and professionally in a fast-moving training and technology environment. <...
