CRM Loyalty Administrator

Position Overview

Responsibilities

:

  • Administrate the CRM system to collect and analyze data so as to achieve personalized communication & customer engagement 
  • Organize and send targeted communications (promotional or informational) to B2B or B2C customer segments in close cooperation with Sales, Product Management and a wide network 
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of Loyalty program 
  • Address daily customer inquiries related to loyalty program and CRM issues.
  • Generate reports and insights on the performance of loyalty programs and CRM initiatives.
  • Collaborate extensively with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, ΙΤ) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or a related field
  • Good working knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel, ...
