Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Coordinate creation, execution & launch of EDM/PUSH/SMS campaigns that deliver a flawless customer experience through the App, site and landing pages. Understanding the role and characteristics of different communications channels.Drive innovative ideas and solutions in response to customer needs and changing market conditions.Design, execute and evaluate Test & Learn experiments to optimize campaign performance.Provide regular communication with stakeholders, such as the broader marketing team, sales team, country leads and product team.Ensure emails follow organization policies and best practices.Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
